School Clinic
- If your child has a contagious illness or condition ( chicken pox, head lice ..etc. ) parents will be contacted immediately to pick up the child from school.
- If your child needs to take any medication, it must be supervised by the nurse.
- If your child has a special medical need, special diet needs, allergies, physical impairment, etc. Parents must fill out the medical declaration form and submit it to the school nurse.
- If a child is found ill during school time, they will be asked to sit in the clinic until the parent is contacted to collect the child. Please do not send your child to school when she/he is sick, as this will spread the disease.
